Where do I start? I can't express how much Leon has impacted my life in a positive way. When I first met him I was not aware of so many things. He taught me the importance of having an ethos and standing for something. He guided me and helped me in so many different aspects of my life. Leon changed my life, and I wouldn't be in the position I am in today without him. I was working hard and not smart before him, and I will be eternally grateful. I met Leon through a mutual friend of ours at a time in my life that I was unhappy & unfulfilled, with no real idea as to why. The first time we met we sat in a room in the big Birmingham Library. I cried on and off for about three to four hours that day. Leon helped me to address the destructive patterns in my life and rectify them, slowly but surely. I was lost. I’m an open book about having a life coach. Stigma has told society that a man can’t speak up about their feelings, meaning suicide in men exists and is ever increasing. I get asked, “what does a life coach actually do?” My answer, mine coaches life, simple as that. He reassures me, he tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. Speaking to someone may help, but speaking to Leon has saved my life - The sessions help discover purpose from a place of dark, lonely over encumbered situation. His role in my life is undervalued tenfold. His whole demeanor and his approach to his profession of changing lives is unmatched. And to this day, he has taught me what consistency really means.

6 Weeks ago i made the decision to start seeing a life coach. I previously went through some pain which i felt i had dealt with but i was worried it would effect me later on in life if i didn't address it correctly. My life coach leon provided me with the tools and actions i needed to put into place. I now feel so much stronger and in control of my life and my future. Leon is so incredibly passionate about what he does and it shows with his continuous support even in between sessions. I honestly couldn't recommend anyone better for the job. If anyone out there needs help please contact him as i know he can help you change not only your mindset but also your life

I used to role deep! I was on the roads and in and out of prison from young. Leon came and visited me many times in prison, made a plan for me and helped me when I got out. I ended up with a family and a government job before leaving the country to start again. Mad to think how is was living a life of crime but I didn't understand there was another way. The music, the films, pressure to be somebody with no idea of who to be other then street! Haven't been to prison since and never will again. We need more Leon's to get thru to the youngsters. Blessing and praise be to the most high!!!

I don’t even know where to start. I was put in touch with Leon nearly 2 years ago when I was at a very low point in my life suffering with anxiety and depression! I didn’t really know where to turn but from the moment I met Leon he taught me how to overcome things and learn how to deal with things. After my first session I never took another antidepressants again! He has changed my life and I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for meeting him. I am so much more positive, happy and content with who I am and my life! He has taught me so much and I know he is always there if I need him day/night!
